Role Overview:
We are seeking for a Traffic Manager to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the creative project to completion, meeting all the deadlines

Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, on budget

Organize & coordinate matrices, distribute workload, track progress, monitor delivery KPIs and metrics

Facilitate project delivery from the perspective of workflow optimization

Manage traffic schedules and flight/live dates in cooperation with account management, production, and media teams to ensure materials are delivered on time per media schedules

Liaise with media agencies and agency account teams regarding changes in flight dates, station lists, materials needed, and format requirements

Multi-task on various campaigns / projects, remaining organized and prioritising tasks as needed

Maintain knowledge of industry trends as they relate to ad ops / trafficking.

Communicate potential problems to project teams and recommend solutions

Liaise with the relevant partners on Network Clearance of commercial materials

Coordinate and ensure all parties follow the agreed workflows and manage them through the process

Work alongside and support client producers when briefing and tracking projects to completion

Ensure that trackers and matrices are always updated and in line with production criteria

Monitor timelines, utilization, & budgets, manage client expectations and flag potential issues

Monitor internal workflows and identify areas for improvement

Ensure the account delivers consistently against all contractual obligations

Support training for team members to ensure adherence to processes and workflow
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience with Creative agencies / Production houses in the Operations Department

Excellent communication to build strong relationships with stakeholders and talent network

Strong understanding of the commercial advertising trafficking processes and system

Experience overseeing workflow for the entire creative delivery and the project lifecycle

Experience managing the creative workflow, pulling reports, and administering project components.

Understanding of Traffic/Clearance Department demands and work hours.
