Role Overview
We are looking for a Techno-Functional PMO who can effectively bridge business stakeholders and technical teams across Data Science & Analytics initiatives. The role involves managing project delivery, stakeholder coordination, timelines, risks, reporting, and ensuring quality execution of analytics-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong project coordination capabilities along with a basic-to-intermediate understanding of data science, analytics workflows, APIs, dashboards, and data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery Management
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery for analytics and data science initiatives
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and generate actionable insights
Project Planning & Coordination
- Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Coordinate with business teams, data scientists, analytics teams, and engineering stakeholders
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Conduct regular status reviews, governance meetings, and progress tracking
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively
- Ensure timely resolution and escalation management
Quality & Governance
- Ensure adherence to delivery standards, documentation, and governance processes
- Support quality assurance activities and delivery compliance
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare project dashboards, reports, status updates, and leadership presentations
- Maintain project documentation and meeting trackers
Post Go-Live Support
- Support model monitoring, continuous improvement, and stabilization activities after deployment
Required Skills
- Strong project coordination and PMO experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies
- Basic to intermediate understanding of:
- APIs
- Data Pipelines
- ML Workflows
- Data Flow Architecture
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Data Science, Analytics, or Digital Transformation projects is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Data Science / AI / Analytics environments
- Experience in reporting dashboards and governance tracking
- Understanding of model lifecycle and analytics delivery processes
- Experience working with enterprise-level delivery environments
Pay: ₹1,598,185.95 - ₹1,970,865.76 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
