Job Summary:
Org Linked is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions based on hiring requirements.
- Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes.
- Organize recruitment events such as job fairs and networking sessions.
- Handle background checks, reference verification, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Knowledge of hiring strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment trends.
- Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and time-management skills.
