We are looking for an organized and proactive HR & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day HR administration, accounting, payroll, compliance, and office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Accounts & Finance
- Record purchase and sales invoices in Tally Prime.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Petty cash management.
- Vendor payment processing.
- Customer payment follow-up.
- GST purchase & sales reconciliation.
- Assist in GST return preparation.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and e-way bills.
- Maintain expense records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
- Maintain fixed asset register.
B. HR ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
- Post job vacancies.
- Screen resumes.
- Schedule interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding.
Employee Records
- Maintain employee database.
- Personal files.
- Joining documentation.
- Offer letters.
- Appointment letters.
- Exit formalities.
Attendance & Leave
- Daily attendance monitoring.
- Leave management.
- Overtime records.
- Shift records.
Payroll
- Monthly salary preparation.
- Attendance verification.
- PF & ESIC coordination.
- Salary slips.
C. Compliance
- Labour law documentation.
- Employee agreements.
- Contractor records.
- Factory compliance documentation.
- Insurance documentation.
- Employee ID cards.
D. Administration
- Office stationery procurement.
- Courier management.
- Visitor management.
- Housekeeping coordination.
- Vehicle log maintenance.
- Utility bill tracking.
E. Documentation
Maintain proper records for:

Preferred Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (HR/Finance)
- 2–5 years of experience
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry preferred

Salary Range
Based on Greater Noida market rates:

This role is well suited to a growing manufacturing company like Shobhi Technologies, where one executive can effectively manage finance, HR, and administrative functions while coordinating closely with the Directors and external CA.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
