About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive with 1–4 years of experience, preferably from the fitness, wellness, or nutrition industry. The ideal candidate should have experience handling client inquiries, understanding customer fitness and nutrition goals, converting leads into paying clients, and ensuring seamless service delivery while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client interactions through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand clients' fitness, weight management, and nutrition requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert qualified leads into customers by effectively explaining services and addressing objections.
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets through successful client conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with nutritionists, fitness coaches, and operations teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maximize renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM system.
- Resolve client queries promptly and ensure timely completion of promised services.
- Monitor customer feedback and work proactively to improve the overall client experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in CRM, Sales, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management.
- Prior experience in the fitness, wellness, nutrition, or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in client closing and revenue generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate fitness and nutrition solutions.
- Experience using CRM software and maintaining sales pipelines.
- Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with fitness centers, wellness brands, nutrition consultancies, or health-tech companies.
- Comfortable handling sales targets and incentive-based performance.
