Job Title: Accountant cum Store Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to manage both accounting functions and store/inventory operations. This dual-role position requires strong financial acumen along with hands-on experience in stock handling, inventory control, and coordination with procurement and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records (Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments)
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Prepare GST returns, TDS, and ensure statutory compliance
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Coordinate with auditors and support audits
Store & Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
- Monitor inward and outward material movement
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification
- Ensure proper documentation (GRN, Delivery Challans, Stock Registers)
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for stock replenishment
- Implement inventory control practices to minimize losses
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (B.Com preferred)
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems like ERPNext)
- Good understanding of inventory management practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
