Responsibilities:
a. Inspect raw materials, components, and supplies upon arrival to ensure they meet specifications.
b. Approve or reject incoming materials based on quality standards.
c. Monitor and inspect manufacturing processes to ensure products meet specified requirements.
d. Verify setup, first-off samples, and conduct patrol inspections during production.
e. Conduct final inspection and testing of finished products before shipment.
f. Ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
g. Maintain inspection records, test results, and non-conformance reports.
h. Document all inspection findings and ensure traceability of inspected items.
i. Identify and report non-conforming materials/products.
j. Initiate and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
k. Assist during internal, customer, and third-party audits by providing inspection records.
l. Provide feedback to production and engineering teams to improve quality;
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,744.97 per month
