Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Reporting To: Plant Head / Maintenance Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of electrical systems and equipment in our ABC (Aerial Bunched Cable) and Power Cable manufacturing plant. The candidate will ensure maximum equipment uptime, electrical safety, and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, machines, and plant utilities.
- Ensure smooth operation of cable manufacturing equipment such as:
- Wire Drawing Machines
- Stranding Machines
- Bunching Machines
- Extrusion Lines
- Armouring Machines
- Screening Machines
- Laying-up Machines
- Drum Twisting Machines
- Testing Equipment
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in an ABC Cable, Power Cable, or similar manufacturing industry.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, SCADA, and HMI systems.
- Understanding of electrical control panels and motor starters.
- Familiarity with cable manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in ABC Cable, LT/HT Power Cable, Control Cable, or Conductors manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, 5S, TPM, and preventive maintenance practices.
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing plant environment.
- Rotational shifts, if required.
- Availability for emergency maintenance and breakdown support.

Pay: ₹10,400.70 - ₹45,690.41 per month
