Key Responsibilities
· To prepare tenders, quotation, Performa invoices etc.
· Prepare and maintain MIS reports. Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database regularly.
· Coordinate with sales team to process the customer enquiries and orders.
· Regularly sending email regarding the payment follow up with the customers.
· Perform other backend sales administration tasks assigned by the HOD.

Required Qualifications
· Graduate in B.com, B.A or any related discipline.
· 1–3 years of experience as Computer operator/Backend operation or similar role.
· Freshers with excellent communication and computer skills may also be considered.
Required Skills
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
· Knowledge of government tenders, hospital procurement processes, and sales documentation.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
· Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics industry.
Compensation
Salary and Perks will be commensurate with qualifications and Experience and best as per industry Standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
