Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing with a strong background in a Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing multiple client accounts and should be capable of independently planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting digital marketing activities across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage multiple client accounts and ensure successful campaign execution.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Manage and update client websites, including landing pages, blogs, and content optimization.
- Create content strategies and oversee content creation for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO audits, and website optimization.
- Design or create marketing creatives using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
- Analyze campaign data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of assigned client accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent certifications are preferred.

- Has prior experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Can independently handle end-to-end digital marketing activities without constant supervision.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
