About the role
TBES Global Pvt. Ltd is looking for passionate and driven BIM Modelers to join our growing team. If you have experience in BIM industry and are eager to work on architectural and structural projects for international clients, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D BIM models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Develop and model RCC and Steel structures accurately as per project requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to gather information for accurate modeling
- Update and modify models based on revised plans and project specifications
- Generate 2D drawings and detailing from 3D models for construction documentation Develop discipline-specific BIM modeling content
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project objectives
- Coordinate with other disciplines regarding design updates and model revisions
Required skills
- 3–4 years of BIM Modeling experience
- Strong proficiency in Revit with experience in RCC and Steel structure modeling
- Familiarity with BIM standards and Levels of Development (LOD)
- Good understanding of structural and architectural drawings
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working on international projects (UK/USA/Europe/Middle East)
