Job Overview:
MITS Academy is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designing & Video Editing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will train students in design concepts, visual communication, and video editing through a practical, hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train students in Graphic Designing and Video Editing tools and techniques
- Conduct practical sessions based on real-world projects
- Develop training materials, assignments, and assessments
- Guide students in building strong portfolios
- Stay updated with the latest design and editing trends
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout)
- Knowledge of video editing, transitions, effects, and storytelling
- Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
- Prior teaching/training experience (preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Content Creation) is a plus
