We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who can help strengthen our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and contribute directly to business growth through innovative digital marketing initiatives.
Position Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, website management, and marketing automation.
You will collaborate closely with leadership, sales, product, and delivery teams to develop marketing programs that increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and manage quarterly and annual marketing plans.
- Build campaign calendars and marketing roadmaps.
- Research market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Recommend innovative marketing initiatives to support business growth.
Website Management & Conversion Optimization
- Manage and maintain company websites and landing pages.
- Ensure website content remains current, relevant, and optimized.
- Improve website usability, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Work with design and development teams to implement enhancements.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and engagement metrics.
- Optimize landing pages and lead capture mechanisms.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
- Improve domain authority through quality backlink strategies.
- Generate SEO performance reports and recommendations.

- Manage company presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content.
- Develop campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Monitor audience interactions and respond appropriately.
- Analyze social media performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform changes.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Monitor advertising budgets and campaign ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
- Improve campaign performance and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Generate campaign performance reports and insights.
Lead Generation & Demand Generation
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Develop lead magnets, webinars, eBooks, downloadable assets, and nurture campaigns.
- Optimize lead acquisition and conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Support Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) generation targets.
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Manage email databases and audience segmentation.
- Build automated customer journeys and lead nurturing workflows.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics.
- Continuously optimize email campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze digital marketing KPIs.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Analyze marketing funnel performance and conversion metrics.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on marketing insights and data.
Brand Management
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels.
- Support corporate branding initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor online reputation and brand sentiment.
- Ensure all marketing communications align with company messaging and positioning.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Experience working in B2B Technology, SaaS, ERP, Manufacturing, Retail, Consulting, or Digital Transformation domains is preferred.
