Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) / Restaurant Manager (RM) to lead the overall operations of our QSR outlet at LTT, Kurla. The role is responsible for driving sales, managing teams, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end restaurant operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews.
- Control inventory, food costs, wastage, and operational expenses.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve escalations effectively.
- Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
- ARM: 3–5 years of QSR/restaurant experience with supervisory exposure.
- RM: 5–8 years of QSR/restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
