Location: Zirakpur
Responsibilities:
- Complete window fabrication & production work supervise karna.
- Team (fabricators, helpers & operators) ko manage karna.
- Daily production targets aur quality standards maintain karna.
- Cutting, assembly, glazing, finishing aur installation process ka knowledge hona.
- Production planning, material utilization aur wastage control karna.
- Timely order completion aur smooth production operations ensure karna.
Requirements:
- uPVC/Aluminium window industry me experience required.
- Fabrication process & team handling ki knowledge.
- Good leadership, problem-solving aur production management skills.
