Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Robotics Welding Programmer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in robotic welding operations and programming. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Cooka welding robots and be capable of programming, operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing robotic welding systems to achieve high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, operate, and optimize Cooka robotic welding machines.
- Set up welding parameters and robot programs according to production requirements.
- Perform trial runs, debugging, and process optimization.
- Troubleshoot robot programming and welding-related issues.
- Ensure consistent weld quality and adherence to production standards.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding specifications.
- Maintain production records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Robotics Welding Programmer.
- Hands-on experience with Cooka robotic welding machines is mandatory.
- Knowledge of robotic programming, welding processes (MIG/TIG preferred), and automation systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and welding symbols.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.
