Financial Accounting
- Record and maintain all financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash balances, and supplier/customer accounts.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Purchase and Supplier Accounting
- Verify purchase invoices against purchase orders and goods received notes.
- Process supplier payments and maintain vendor ledgers.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor outstanding payables.
Sales and Customer Accounting
- Record sales invoices and customer receipts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and monitor receivables.
- Follow up on overdue customer payments.
Inventory and Repacking Cost Control
- Maintain inventory records for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Record stock movements related to repacking operations.
- Reconcile physical stock with accounting records.
- Monitor inventory variances and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist in determining repacking costs and product profitability.
Costing
- Calculate product-wise repacking costs, including:
- Packaging materials
- Labour costs
- Transportation costs
- Other overhead allocations
- Prepare cost reports for management.
Taxation and Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with income tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain records required for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
Payroll Support
- Process employee payroll in coordination with HR.
- Calculate statutory deductions including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS (where applicable).
- Maintain payroll records and statutory registers.
Budgeting and Reporting
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Analyse expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Prepare management reports on profitability, inventory, and operating expenses.
Internal Controls
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Recommend improvements to accounting systems and internal controls.
Coordination
- Work closely with:

- Sales
- Logistics
- Management
- Ensure accurate financial information flows between departments.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Zoho books
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of inventory accounting and costing.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Pay: ₹8,556.10 - ₹41,869.31 per month
