Operation Manager - Kanishk Hospital
Role: Oversee daily hospital operations for smooth patient care and efficiency.
Key Duties:
1. Operations - Manage OPD, IPD, Emergency, OT, Lab, Pharmacy workflow
2. Staff & Patient Care - Coordinate staff, handle patient grievances, improve satisfaction
3. Quality & Compliance - Ensure NABH protocols, documentation, incident reporting, Code Blue response
4. Resources - Coordinate with Store/Purchase, manage inventory and cost control
5. Reporting - Daily reports to management on occupancy, revenue, complaints
Required: BHA/MHA/MBA preferred, 5-10 yrs hospital experience, good communication & leadership skills
