Key Responsibilities
1. Loan Operations Management Operations Manager – Payday Loans/ Personal Loan Fintech Pune COO/CBO The Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end operations of the payday loan business, ensuring efficient loan processing, disbursement, collections coordination, customer servicing, compliance adherence, and operational excellence. The role is responsible for maintaining turnaround times (TAT), portfolio quality, operational controls, and process automation. Manage the complete loan lifecycle from application to closure. Ensure timely processing, verification, underwriting support, disbursement, and repayment tracking. Monitor daily loan processing volumes and operational productivity. Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times (TATs).
2. Customer Onboarding & Verification Oversee KYC, CKYC, Aadhaar, PAN, bank account verification, and fraud checks. Ensure adherence to RBI, AML, and internal compliance requirements. Monitor onboarding quality and customer experience metrics.
3. Disbursement & Repayment Operations Manage loan disbursement processes through banking and payment gateway integrations. Ensure successful repayment collections through NACH, UPI AutoPay, eNACH, and payment links. Investigate and resolve payment failures and reconciliation issues.
4. Collections Coordination Work closely with collections teams to optimize recovery performance. Monitor delinquency buckets (DPD, roll rates, cure rates). Implement operational controls to reduce defaults and improve recoveries. Support collection strategy execution and process improvements.
5. Vendor & Partner Management Manage relationships with: KYC vendors Credit bureau partners Payment gateways Collection agencies Technology service providers Track vendor performance and SLA compliance.
6. Process Improvement & Automation Identify process gaps and operational bottlenecks. Drive automation initiatives within LMS, LOS, CRM, and collections platforms. Implement workflow improvements to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency.
7. Risk & Compliance Ensure operational compliance with RBI digital lending guidelines. Monitor fraud prevention controls and exception management. Conduct operational audits and process reviews. Maintain accurate documentation and MIS reporting.
8. MIS & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational dashboards. Track: Loan approval rates Disbursement volumes TAT Collection efficiency Delinquency trends Customer complaints Present performance reports to senior management.
9. Team Leadership Lead and develop operations executives and team leaders. Set KPIs and productivity targets. Conduct performance reviews and training programs. Build a customer-centric and compliance-focused culture.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
