- To lead and manage the project team, providing necessary guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects especially residential and commercial projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Coordination with various, stakeholders, including architects, site engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the projects timelines
- Monitor projects progress, identify and resolve any issues or obstacles, and take necessary corrective actions
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and project specifications
- Prepare and present project status reports to the top management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks and opportunities.
