Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
- Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
Payroll & Attendance Management
- Oversee attendance, leave records, and time office activities.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain a healthy and productive work culture.
Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews and complete clearance formalities.
- Coordinate full and final settlements.
- Maintain proper exit records and documentation.
HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate audits and maintain compliance-related records.
Administration & Facility Management
- Manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure.
Expense & Documentation Management
- Process employee reimbursements and expense claims.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
- Maintain accurate employee databases and confidential records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR and Administration.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR practices.
- Experience in payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
