Job Overview:
We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:

· Generate leads and identify potential customers through cold calling and other lead generation activities
· Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and requirements
· Present and promote our products and services to potential customers
· Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our prescribed system
· Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a telemarketing executive or similar sales/customer service role
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong sales and negotiation skills
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel)
· Graduate in any discipline
Working Conditions: This is a full-time position that requires working in an office
