- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 8 inside sales and sales support executives
- Own customer service quality across inbound and outbound tele-sales interactions
- Be the primary escalation point for customer complaints, order issues, and service failures
- Coordinate daily with Operations on order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and exceptions
- Liaise with Invoicing and Accounts on billing queries, credit holds, and outstanding payments
- Work closely with the Field Sales team to ensure leads are followed up and accounts are nurtured
- Track team performance — call volumes, conversion, service TAT, and resolution rates
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for sales leadership on team activity and customer issues
- Build and maintain SOPs for the inside sales and support function
- 8+ years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or sales support — preferably in food, FMCG, or distribution
- Proven experience leading a team of 5 or more people
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi — clear, confident, and calm under pressure
- Someone who can hold a conversation with a client, a warehouse manager, and an accounts executive with equal ease
- Strong coordination and follow-through — this role lives on WhatsApp, phone, and email simultaneously
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with any ERP or order management system is a plus Patient, process-driven, and not easily rattled
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
