What you’ll do : Process warranty claims and liaise with OEMs
Maintain accurate claim documentation and follow up
Collaborate with service advisors, parts, and OEM reps
Analyze claim patterns and provide reporting
Ideal candidate has 1–3 years in warranty administration/automotive sector
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good analytical and communication abilities
Must be a Graduate.
