What we're looking for
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making calls and engaging with candidates daily
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed is a plus
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under deadlines
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets
