We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to develop, implement, and manage brand strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and positioning.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with sales, design, content, and digital marketing teams.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Manage advertising budgets and track ROI.
- Oversee product launches and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and campaign management.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in FMCG / Retail / Real Estate / IT (as applicable).
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
