Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, improving organic search performance, and generating high-quality leads. You should be analytical, data-driven, and passionate about optimizing digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key performance metrics.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Manage and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in:
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing)
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Lead Generation Strategies
- Performance Marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
