Role Overview
As a Founder's Office Associate – Community & Growth, you will play a key role in building and managing the LIVXS community. You will support member engagement, event execution, partnerships, communications, and growth initiatives while working directly with the Founder on high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities1. Community Growth
- Manage and maintain the member lead database.
- Follow up with interested prospects and membership inquiries.
- Track and manage referral networks.
- Support initiatives to generate new member leads.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and conversions.
2. Member Experience
- Welcome and onboard new members.
- Manage member communications across various channels.
- Maintain member records and engagement data.
- Handle member requests and coordinate resolutions.
- Ensure a seamless and premium member experience.
3. Event Operations
- Coordinate venues, vendors, and event logistics.
- Manage guest registrations and attendance.
- Support event planning and execution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders before and during events.
- Collect and analyze attendee feedback.
4. Partnerships & Collaborations
- Research potential brands, partners, and collaborators.
- Conduct outreach and relationship-building activities.
- Maintain partnership trackers and databases.
- Schedule meetings between the Founder and prospective partners.
- Support partnership discussions and follow-ups.
5. Community Content & Communication
- Draft WhatsApp messages, newsletters, and emails.
- Coordinate social media content requirements.
- Support event promotions and community announcements.
- Maintain communication calendars and content schedules.
6. Founder Support
- Manage meeting schedules and calendars.
- Track action items and follow-ups.
- Conduct market and industry research.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Support special projects and growth initiatives.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in community management, operations, events, customer engagement, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Comfortable interacting with professionals, founders, and business leaders.
- Experience in events, networking communities, or membership-based organizations is a plus.
