Job Requirements Website Roadmap Define and own the website product roadmap aligned with business goals.Conduct user research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new features and enhancement.Partner with UX/UI agencies to create intuitive, responsive, and engaging web experiences.Collaborate with developers to implement features and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Use analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to monitor performance and guide data-driven decisions.Understand the features offered by the CMS platform (Sales Force)and try to maximise the usage to improve TAT for website updates like landing page creation, blog addition etc. Performance measure: Timely go live of FeaturesImprove User experience through design and content interventionsUtilization of the features Business impact/improvement in the experience from the roll outImproving the Website Funnel and EngagementCreate use cases to engage users within the website to increase the traffic-to-conversion ratioPersonalise experience for the users based on interaction, demographics, etcCollaborate with the content team to create a content strategy for the website. For example, add engaging modules to the website to create rich content for customers to help make decision-making easierCreating lead journeys to increase leads for omni channel conversions Performance MeasureReduce Funnel Drop Off Rate and increase conversion.Increase CTRs on promotions emails. Personalisation experiments to increase engagement rateLeads to storeWebsite Experience & InsightsManage website experience – Ensuring the website assets/images are refreshed on a timely manner.Understand the online customer - triggers, motivations, barriers to purchase. Share customer insights from the website which can shape the next growth opportunityCampaign go live – Collaborate with internal stakeholders to get the campaign live on the website Plan the website calendar based on the business goals Ensure the website experience across desktop and mobile is seamless with easy navigation, intuitive layouts etc.Performance MeasureWebsite user engagement on bannersTAT for campaign go live Key insights from website behavior and online customers Work Experience Strong understanding of website architecture, UX principles, SEO, and web analytics.Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Commerce cloud), project management tools, and agile methodologies.Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.Experience in A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Strong understanding of analytics platforms preferably Google AnalyticsExposure to tools like Figma, personalization engines.A mix of creative thinking and technical know-how.
