Responsibilities:
- Find relevant projects on Upwork
- Write high-converting proposals
- Communicate with clients and handle discussions
- Understand requirements and pitch services
- Maintain lead pipeline and records
- Coordinate with internal team
- Convert leads into ongoing projects
Requirements:
- Proven Upwork bidding experience
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, PPC projects
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify high-quality leads
