Job Description – M365 Exchange Online Migration Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Lead tenant-to-tenant Exchange Online migrations for user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists.
- Design and implement end-to-end migration solutions.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee migration activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot migration issues, and support the migration team.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365/Exchange Online migrations.
- Strong expertise in Exchange Online, tenant-to-tenant mailbox migrations, and migration planning.
- Experience with Exchange migration tools and PowerShell scripting.
Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹20,994.19 - ₹1,945,357.99 per month
