We are hiring skilled VMC Operators for our CNC machining unit in Waluj MIDC, Aurangabad.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Operate VMC machine: Setting, loading/unloading, tool offset, program selection
- Read engineering drawings: GD&T, symbols, tolerances
- Quality check: Use vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge
- Program knowledge: Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi control – mention which one you have
- Daily maintenance: Coolant level, lubrication, basic machine care
- Production targets: Mention shifts & expected output if any
Responsibilities:
- Operate 3-Axis/4-Axis VMC with Fanuc control
- Load job, set tool offsets, run proven programs
- Check dimensions using vernier, micrometer, bore gauge
- Follow production plan & maintain quality as per drawing
- Daily machine cleaning & coolant check
Requirements:
- Experience: Min 2 years on VMC Fanuc machine
- Education: ITI/Diploma Mechanical or 10th + 3 yrs exp
- Skills: Drawing reading, tool setting, GD&T knowledge
- Ready for: Rotational shifts, OT if required
- Location: Must be from Gangapur/Waluj/Aurangabad
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
