Job Role -
This position combines the responsibilities of-
- Personal Manager / Assistant
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Director’s safety, comfort, travel coordination, and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and professional chauffeur services for the Director
- Maintain complete security awareness and personal protection during travel and meetings
- Accompany the Director for business trips, meetings, events, and hotel stays
- Open car doors and maintain executive-level etiquette and professionalism
- Coordinate travel arrangements including:
- Flight bookings
- Hotel bookings
- Tour planning and schedules
- Manage appointments, logistics, and client meeting coordination
- Handle confidential matters with complete discretion
- Be available on-call as per business requirements (24/7 flexibility preferred)
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition and ensure readiness at all times
- Interact professionally with high-profile clients and business associates
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in security, personal assistance,
- Excellent defensive and luxury driving skills
- Smart personality with professional grooming
- Must wear formal suits and maintain executive appearance
- Good spoken English and communication skills
- Pleasing personality with respectful behavior
- Strong discipline, loyalty, confidentiality, and situational awareness
- Physically fit and mentally alert
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
