Patient Registration & Check-in: Greeting visitors, collecting personal/insurance details, and registering patients in the system.Scheduling & Appointments: Managing doctor schedules, including booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments via phone, email, or in-person.Billing & Cash Management: Assisting with invoicing, collecting payments, processing insurance claims, and handling initial billing inquiries.Communication Hub: Acting as the central link between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and departments to ensure seamless service.Reception Management: Ensuring the reception area is organized, clean, and welcoming.Patient Queries & Support: Providing information regarding services and handling patient complaints or inquiries.
