Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Growth & Partnerships Manager who can drive business growth, build lead funnels, create partnerships, and represent the agency in front of decision-makers.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands both marketing strategy and B2B relationship building.

What You’ll Do
Growth & Lead Generation
- Build inbound and outbound lead funnels
- Plan and execute B2B marketing initiatives
- Identify target industries and ideal client profiles
- Manage LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
- Oversee paid campaigns with performance tracking
Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify founders, brand owners, and marketing heads (POCs)
- Build strategic partnerships and collaborations
- Generate warm introductions and meeting opportunities
- Attend networking events and industry meetups
Strategy & Positioning
- Work with the founder to sharpen agency positioning
- Help package services and create strong offers
- Identify new revenue opportunities and markets
- Maintain a clear growth roadmap and pipeline
Representation & Communication
- Join intro and discovery calls with prospects
- Present agency capabilities confidently
- Build long-term client relationships
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and deal momentum
Experience
- 4–10 years in growth, marketing, or business development
Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- LinkedIn outreach and professional networking
- Funnel thinking and pipeline management
- CRM tools and sales process understanding
- Proposal decks and pitch coordination
Mindset
- Self-driven and execution-focused
- Comfortable working closely with founders
- Fast-moving, ownership mindset
- Relationship-first approach to growth
- Experience in digital agencies / creative studios / B2B services
- Proven track record in lead generation and partnerships
Bonus (Good to Have)
- Experience with ecommerce or D2C brands
- Understanding of UI/UX and digital product space
- Performance marketing knowledge
Compensation
- Fixed salary + performance incentives
