Key Responsibilities
- Generate admissions through field marketing, lead generation, and counseling activities.
- Conduct school visits, seminars, educational events, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, students, parents, and educational partners.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Manage walk-in inquiries and provide detailed course information.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead databases and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Support digital and offline marketing initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Education Counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within Hyderabad.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
