We're hiring software engineers across three tracks to build and evaluate next-gen AI systems. All roles are fully remote and well-compensated.
Track 1 – Human Data Platforms ($50–70/hr | Full-Time)
Full-stack engineer to build APIs, data pipelines, and secure document systems. Stack: Python, FastAPI, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS.
Track 2 – AI Training Engineer ($20–75/hr | 10–12 hrs/week)
Solve real backend/full-stack problems to train AI models. Any major language (Python, JS, Java, Go, C#, etc.). 5+ years experience required. No AI background needed.
Track 3 – O3DE Game/Simulation Engineer ($50–120/hr | Contract)
Build high-fidelity 3D simulations for AI training using Open 3D Engine. Requires hands-on O3DE, C++, Python, and AWS experience.
All roles require: Strong engineering fundamentals, remote work discipline, and clear written communication.
