Position - Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Semi-Qualified Company Secretary to join our Corporate Affairs & Compliance Team. The candidate will be responsible for handling company secretarial compliances, incorporation-related assignments, maintenance of statutory records, ROC filings, and coordination with internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
The role offers exposure to diverse corporate structuring and compliance matters across various forms of entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incorporation of various kinds of companies, LLPs, partnership firms, and other business entities.
- Assisting in preparation, maintenance, and updation of statutory books and registers, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
- Assisting in organizing Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including preparation of agendas, notices, resolutions, and minutes.
- Ensuring timely compliance with ROC filings, e-filings, and other secretarial requirements under applicable laws.
- Coordinating with statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintaining and acting as custodian of company secretarial records, statutory registers, and documents in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable secretarial standards.
- Assisting in drafting and filing forms, returns, resolutions, and other corporate documents with MCA and other authorities.
- Monitoring compliance calendars and ensuring timely statutory compliances for clients/entities.
- Supporting the team in corporate restructuring, due diligence, and other compliance-related assignments, as and when required.
- Keeping track of amendments and regulatory updates under corporate laws and allied legislations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Semi-Qualified Company Secretary / CS Executive cleared (ICSI)/ CS Dropout
- Prior internship or work experience in company secretarial and compliance matters shall be preferred.
- Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, FEMA compliances, and MCA procedures.
- Familiarity with ROC filings and secretarial documentation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
