Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team at Omaxe City. The candidate will be responsible for handling property sales, managing client relationships, leading sales activities, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property sales leads
- Handle client meetings, site visits, and property presentations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams
- Follow up with clients for bookings and closures
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Guide and motivate the sales team for better performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of real estate market and sales process
- Ability to handle sales targets and client queries
- Leadership and team management skills
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
