We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Executive to manage and grow customer accounts by handling renewals, upselling, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. The role focuses on domain, hosting, and advertising service renewals and cross-selling digital services such as web development, digital marketing, lead generation, mobile applications, customized software development, and design services.
Key Responsibilities
Renewals & Account Management
- Manage timely renewals for domains, hosting, SSL, and advertising services.
- Track renewal dates, send reminders, and follow up with customers to ensure on-time payments.
- Retain existing customers by understanding their business needs and proposing suitable service upgrades.
- Prepare renewal proposals, quotations, and invoices.
Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers.
- Build strong, long-term relationships to improve retention and customer lifetime value.
- Proactively address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure service satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
Upselling & Cross-Selling
- Promote value-added services including: Web Development, Digital Marketing & Lead Generation, Mobile Application Development, Customized Software Development, Designing Services
- Identify opportunities for service expansion based on customer usage and business goals.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly renewal and revenue targets.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with technical, support, and delivery teams for smooth service continuity.
- Maintain accurate customer data, renewal status, and communication logs in CRM.
- Generate renewal forecasts, retention reports, and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in customer success, account management, renewals, or sales support.
- Strong understanding of domains, hosting, digital services, and online advertising.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT services, digital marketing agencies, or SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, social media advertising, or hosting platforms.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to customers.
