Job Summary
Sattavaa Hospitality is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters / Servers to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system or order pads.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns professionally.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Server is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Salary
