Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office activities.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, courier services, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and administrative files.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, and other services.
- Monitor office inventory and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
- Arrange meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and maintain meeting schedules.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- MBA or Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
