What You’ll Do
Lead & Execute
-
Lead and manage 8 to 10 SDR Teams supporting EMEA, Middle East & APAC
-
Own SDR pipeline generation, ensuring consistent contribution to revenue targets
-
Drive aggressive outbound and inbound execution across regions
Coach & Develop
-
Actively coach SDRs
-
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning

Build a strong bench of future Team Leads and Managers
Operate & Optimize
-
Establish, track, and enforce clear KPIs (pipeline, conversion, activity quality, velocity)

Ensure Salesforce hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline
-
Continuously refine process, tools, and playbooks to increase efficiency and conversion
-
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align strategy and execution
Build Culture

Create a high-performance, high-accountability culture

Set clear expectations, address underperformance decisively, and recognize excellence

Experience You’ll Bring

3+ years managing SDR/BDR teams in SaaS or high-tech environments
-
Proven success consistently hitting or exceeding pipeline targets
-
Strong track record of coaching SDRs into top performers and promotions
-
Deep experience with Salesforce, plus tools like Gong, Outreach/SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
-
Strong analytical skills — comfortable managing by data, not anecdotes
-
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead across cultures and geographies
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, performance-driven organization
-
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
