Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute BTL campaigns, in-store activations, sampling, and events.
* Manage POS branding, visual merchandising, and retail-level visibility.
* Coordinate with vendors/agencies for branding, fabrication, and event execution.
* Lead field teams and promoters with clear briefing and performance tracking.
* Analyse competition activities and market trends for continuous brand improvement.
* Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams for seamless delivery.
* Manage budgets and ensure strong ROI on all BTL initiatives.
* Prepare performance reports and insights for management.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience in BTL/activation management (FMCG/Retail preferred).
* Excellent vendor negotiation and on-ground execution skills.
* Ability to lead field teams and manage multiple projects.
* Creative, agile, and strong problem-solving abilities.
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
