Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations in compliance with NABH standards, statutory requirements, and hospital policies. The candidate will play a key role in employee lifecycle management and quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Operations
- Recruitment & onboarding of clinical and non-clinical staff
- Maintaining employee files as per NABH HR standards
- Attendance, leave, shift coordination & HRMIS updates
NABH & Compliance
- Ensure HR documentation complies with NABH standards
- Staff credentialing, licensing & privilege records
- Support NABH internal audits, assessments & corrective actions
- Policy implementation & periodic review
Training & Development
- Coordinate induction & mandatory trainings (BLS, fire safety, infection control, etc.)
- Maintain training records & competency assessments
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances professionally
- Support performance appraisal process
- Maintain discipline and code of conduct
Statutory Compliance
- Maintain registers & statutory records
Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of NABH HR standards
- Hospital HR experience preferred
- Good documentation & communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office / HR software
- Ability to handle confidential information

- Experience in NABH hospital
- Familiar with healthcare HR audits
- Organized, ethical, and patient-centric mindset
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000-15000 per month (based on experience)
