We are looking for an **experienced Life Insurance Trainer** who can train, coach, and develop our sales team to improve product knowledge, sales skills, productivity, and overall business performance.
### Key Responsibilities
* Conduct **induction, product, process, refresher, and sales training** for new and existing employees.
* Train sales teams on **Life Insurance products, plans, benefits, riders, and processes**.
* Develop and deliver training modules, presentations, role plays, quizzes, and assessments.
* Train employees on **sales pitching, customer handling, need analysis, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques**.
* Conduct mock calls, role plays, and practical sales activities.
* Identify training gaps and create improvement plans for individuals and teams.
* Monitor post-training performance and evaluate training effectiveness.
* Work closely with Sales Managers and Team Leaders to improve team productivity and conversion.
* Keep training material updated as per new products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain training MIS, attendance, assessments, feedback, and performance reports.
### Candidate Requirements
* **Experienced candidates are required.**
* Minimum **2+ years of relevant experience** in Life Insurance Training / Sales Training / Insurance Sales.
* Candidates with experience as **Insurance Trainer, Sales Trainer, Training Manager, Sales Coach, or Team Leader** will be preferred.
* Strong knowledge of **Life Insurance products and sales processes**.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
* Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
* Good command of **Hindi and English**.
* Proficiency in **MS PowerPoint, Excel, and training documentation**.
* Ability to motivate, coach, and influence sales professionals.
### Preferred Background
Candidates from **Life Insurance companies, Agency, Bancassurance, Direct Sales, Telesales, or BFSI** backgrounds will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
