Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end HR Operations for corporate and field employees.
· Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, employee engagement, and exit management.
· Process monthly payroll while ensuring statutory compliance relating to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and Gratuity.
· Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
· Statutory audits, and internal HR governance.
· Collaborated closely with stakeholders and senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
· Drive HR policy development, research, and policy modulation aligned with evolving business needs and regulatory frameworks. Handbook, travel policy, attendance policy, leave policy, and performance management processes.
· Drive Performance Management System (KRA setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement plans).
· Lead employee engagement initiatives
· Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, warning letters and employee counselling.
· Manage attendance, leave administration, HRMS implementation, and HR documentation.
· Conduct POSH Committee meetings, POSH Training, statutory compliance, awareness sessions, and mandatory HR compliance activities.
· Prepare monthly HR MIS reports, manpower reports, payroll dashboards, attrition analysis, and management presentations along with Budgeting.
· Implement learning and development initiatives to enhance workforce productivity.
· Manage corporate health insurance programs, and grievance resolution mechanisms.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
