Position: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1 to 6 Years
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (US Shift)
Transportation: One-Way Cab Facility (Drop Only)
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) activities for US Healthcare providers
✅ Work on CMS-1500 and/or UB-04 claims
✅ Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status
✅ Analyze and resolve denied or underpaid claims
✅ Perform Denial Management and Appeals
✅ Ensure maximum reimbursement through effective follow-up
✅ Maintain productivity and quality targets
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Minimum 1 to 6 years of experience as an AR Caller
✔ Mandatory experience in US Healthcare – Provider Side
✔ Hands-on experience with CMS-1500 and/or UB-04 claims
✔ Strong knowledge of Denial Management and AR Follow-up
✔ Good communication and analytical skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
✔ Experience handling commercial and government payers
✔ Knowledge of insurance verification and claim adjudication
✔ Familiarity with medical billing processes and revenue cycle management (RCM)
