About the Role
Mode Retails Sales & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, disciplined, and result-oriented HR Executive who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee coordination, attendance management, and HR compliance functions.
The candidate should possess strong communication skills, professional behavior, and hands-on experience in handling HR operations within the Marketing and FMCG industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Employee Management
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS data.
- Coordinate employee engagement and retention activities.
Attendance & HR Operations
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and punctuality.
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary inputs and attendance reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HRMS/Keka records.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and attendance.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain HR policies, employee files, and company records.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and reporting structures.
- Handle documentation related to warning letters, disciplinary actions, and performance tracking.
Performance Management
- Coordinate KRA/KPI tracking and employee performance reviews.
- Assist management in employee evaluation and reporting.
- Support departmental coordination for performance monitoring.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with employees and management.
- Prepare HR reports and management updates as required.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/Keka software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and documentation abilities.
- Good command over MS Excel, Word, and Email Drafting.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA in HR is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Marketing/FMCG industry.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates from Noida/Delhi NCR preferred.
- Professional attitude with strong organizational skills.
