- Strategy and planning: Assist the sales manager in creating and executing sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Team supervision: Help recruit, train, and supervise the sales team, providing guidance and support to improve performance.
- Performance monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
- Client management: Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Business development: Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and assist in developing marketing materials and sales presentations.
